Description
When downloading the Gradebook with feedback included, feedback entered for an unposted attempt grade is missing from the downloaded file. The feedback appears only after the grade is posted.
Steps to Replicate
Login to Blackboard Learn as administrator
Open an Ultra course and create an assignment
Submit an attempt as a student
Grade the attempt and add attempt-level feedback only
Leave overall feedback blank and do not post the grade
Download the gradebook with Feedback included
Confirm the feedback cell is empty
Post the grade and download the gradebook again
Confirm the attempt feedback now appears
Expected Behavior:
Attempt feedback appears even when the grade is unposted.
Observed Behavior:
Attempt feedback is omitted until the grade is posted.
