The issue prevents users from modifying the SafeAssign admin user details along with the configuration of SafeAssign.

1. Log in to Blackboard Learn as an Administrator

2. Access Admin Area > Building Blocks > Installed Tools > Safe Assign > Settings > SafeAssign Settings

3. Submit the page or make modifications to any settings:

- Contact First Name

- Contact Last Name

- Contact Email

- Contact Job Title

- Timezone

- Global Reference Database Activity

4. Click Submit

Observed Behavior:

An error appears "Error: Error accepting license:Invalid response was returned from server HTTP status code: 500. Detailed response info: Request URI: https://safeassign-devpod.blackboard.com/B2Http/syncLicense?asVersion=9"

Expected Behavior:

Settings page submission is successful.
