Description
Ultra test with many multiple choice questions, such as 200, takes about 18 seconds to load the content. The test only contains plain text Multiple Choice questions (no Math questions, which may be expected to slow down the loading).
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Environment as an Administrator
Access an Ultra course
Create or open a Test with around 200 multiple choice questions
Observed Behavior:
The Test Content does not appear for about 18 seconds. This affects both student and instructor accounts.
Expected Behavior:
The Test Content appears immediately.
Resolution / Workaround
Since this issue was first recorded, "One-at-a-time" presentation has been introduced for Ultra Experience. Use this mode instead for lengthy tests.

Information
After carefully reviewing this issue with Product Development and Management, Support, and other groups it has been determined that this issue will not be fixed because One-at-a-time presentation obviates the need to load so many questions at once.
