Description
When an Original course containing Surveys is copied, imported, restored, or converted into an Ultra course, surveys with supported question types are converted into Ultra Forms. However, Forms that contain Multiple Choice questions fail to open after conversion and instead display a session debug error. Other supported question types convert successfully and can be accessed without issue.
Steps to Replicate
Log in to Blackboard Learn as an administrator
Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Create an Original Course
Enroll yourself as an instructor in the Original course
Create multiple surveys, including at least one survey containing a Multiple Choice question
Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Create an Ultra Course
Copy, import, restore, or convert the Original course into the Ultra course
Open the Ultra course as an instructor
Attempt to open each converted Form, including the Form created from the survey containing the Multiple Choice question
Observed Behavior:
Forms converted from surveys containing Multiple Choice questions fail to open and display a session debug error. Forms created from other supported question types open successfully.
Expected Behavior:
All supported survey question types, including Multiple Choice, are converted into Ultra Forms that open and function correctly without errors.
