When an LTI tool is used to embed content in an Ultra Document, the content is not added to the Document. Instead, a message stating "We're processing content from the tool provider. This shouldn't take long." is displayed and an unexpected close without saving confirmation dialog may appear.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator

  2. Navigate to an Ultra Course

  3. Create a Document in the Course

  4. Open the Content Editor and select the (+) button to open the Insert Content menu

  5. Select Content Market

  6. Select an LTI tool with a Deep Linking placement type

  7. Use the LTI tool's internal user interface to embed content

Observed Behavior:

The user is returned to the Blackboard Learn interface and a message stating "We're processing content from the tool provider. This shouldn't take long." is displayed. The embedded content is not added to the Document, and an unexpected close without saving confirmation dialog may appear.

Expected Behavior:

The deep-linked content is added to the Document without any issue.
