No warning prompt for Assessments that contain no questions.
Steps to Replicate
Login to Blackboard Learn
Create a new Course or an existing one using Utra View
Enroll two Users. One as Instructor and one as Student
As Instructor access the Course
Within "Course Content" click "Create > Test", make it Visible to Students and leave to default the remaining settings
Logout
Login as Student
Enter the Course and access the Test
Attempt to submit the Test
Expected Behavior:
There should be a warning prompt for the Student or not allow the Instructor to publish an Assessment without questions
Observed Behavior:
The Student can submit the Assessment even though the Assessment contains no questions
