When an instructor launches an attempt sent by a student through a third party tool (either regular LTI launch or Deep link) from the needs attention part or the full gradebook, the content looses the content wrapper or the breadcrumbs leaving completely Learn and redirecting to the Partner's site.

Behavior should be consistent to the one seen when launching an LTI link from the content folder (Content loads in a wrapper or opens using the entire Ultra card but leaving the breadcrumbs at the top.)

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator

  2. Install an LTI tool (Testing tool can be used for this: https://github.com/blackboard/BBDN-LTI-Tool-Provider-Node)

  3. Create a course using the Original View

  4. Within the newly created course, create a deep link item using the installed tool

  5. Logout and login as a student of that course or open the Student Preview

  6. Open the item created and submit an attempt

  7. Login as the instructor again or close the Student Preview

  8. In the course go to Grade Center > Needs Grading

  9. Locate the attempt and click on the link under the column "User attempt"

Observed Behavior:
Content loads without the wrapper which redirects the user to the Partner tool without having a way to go back to Learn.

​​​​​​​Content loads within the contentWrapper.jsp page leaving a way to go back to Learn.
