Users cannot access newly created Ultra Courses as expected due to a "Oops! Something went wrong" error. This issue happens to Administrators, Instructors, and Students. They can click on the 'Close' button to clear the message, however, Instructors cannot see the plus sign to add new contents to their Courses. There's no content folders or the ability to create one.

Expected Behavior:
The Course will display its content folder correctly.

This issue was specific to an environment. Unable to replicate on other systems.
