Description
Certain files are not rendering in New Box View when grading an Assignment Attempt. An error message stating "We're sorry, the preview didn't load" is displayed instead.
Steps to Replicate
Log into the Environment as a System Administrator
Enter a Course with an affected Attempt
Go to the Grade Center
Locate the Student / Attempt and click the chevron next to it
Select Grade Attempts
Expected Behavior:
The .docx file attached to the Attempt would render in New Box View
Observed Behavior:
An icon of a page is rendered with the words "We're sorry, the preview didn't load." along with a button to download the file
