New Content Editor Lists Tool Menu is not Localized in Non-English Language Packs

Description

In the new Content Editor, the Lists toolbar menu is not localized when using language packs other than English. While other toolbar options, such as Text Color, are correctly translated based on the selected language, the Lists menu continues to display its label in English (en_US). This results in inconsistent localization within the editor interface.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log in to Blackboard Learn as an administrator

  2. Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Create an Ultra Course

  3. Navigate to Profile > System Settings > Language

  4. Change the language to a non-English language pack (for example: Spanish)

  5. Access the Ultra course created

  6. Navigate to Course Content > Create > Document > Content > New Editor (Beta)

  7. Verify that the Text Color toolbar menu is displayed in the selected language

  8. Click the Lists toolbar menu

Observed Behavior:
​The Lists toolbar menu is displayed in English (en_US) instead of the selected language.

Expected Behavior:
​The Lists toolbar menu is localized and displayed in the selected language, consistent with the other toolbar options in the new Content Editor.
