Ultra Language Packs, Names display incorrectly in some locales.
Some Europeans countries while using their locale and English Language Packs, want to be able to display the middle name, which is used extensively in the BENELUX area for showing prefixes like ''Van", "deer" and others. For instance, on the Dutch Language Pack, the name 'Alex Van Halen', the prefix 'Van' would be stored on the middle name field and not shown on all instances where the User name is displayed.
This was fixed and works in Blackboard Classic, there's an option to have the middle name displayed by default as being part of the last name and you can even define if the full last name (= middle name + lastname) is ordered on last name (in the Netherlands) or on the middle name (Belgium).
However using the Ultra LP version, this information and tags seems not to be included.
Steps to Replicate
Login to Blackboard Learn
Copy i.e the Dutch Language Pack
On the copy, click create ULTRA LOCALE
Click 'Create custom Ultra locale'
Change your LP to the one that has just been created
Go to System Admin > Users
List all the Users
Expected Behavior:
The middle name should show as part of the last name
Observed Behavior:
The middle name 'Van' does not display as part of the last name
