Description
Restoring a Course that contains an existing ID does not load correctly.
Steps to Replicate
Log in as Administrator
Create a Test Course
Go to System Admin > Courses > Test Course
Go to the Courses Tab and see that it loads
Go to the Admin Tab
Click Courses
Click Create Course chevron for the test Course
Click Restore
In the destination Course ID enter: Same name as test Course
ERROR 1: The page won't refresh and will load an empty System Admin
It might load up but depends on the time.
Refresh the Page
ERROR 2:Admin Page go to Courses
Enroll in the Course as Instructor
Click the Courses Tab
