Description
Course restore is resulting error message. Additionally, the content in the archive is not restored.

Steps to Replicate
Log into System as System Admin
Go to System Admin Tab > Courses > Create Course > Restore
Give a destination test Course
Select the archive file > Submit
Go to System Admin Tab > Log > System Tasks Status
Select Import/Export/Archive/Restore and monitor until the restore process is completed
Expected Behavior:
The course restore completes without error.
Observed Behavior:
The course restore completes with error.
Click the detail log drop down next to the Course that was just restored
Observed Behavior:
Error Warning: The Batch UID of the course in the provided package is already in use by another Course on the System.
A default course Batch UID based upon the destination Course ID will be used instead.
Error: A Grade Center column could not be located in the archive. The Grade Center display settings will be saved without the column. Status: The operation restore has completed.
