Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator

Navigate to System Admin > Goals and Assessments

Create a Goal set with an Arabic name

Navigate to System Admin > System Reporting > Refresh Report Data, or wait 20 minutes

Create an Assignment in an Ultra course and Align it to the Goal

Submit the assignment as a user

As an administrator or instructor, navigate to the Analytics tab > Course Reports

Generate the Course Goal Performance Report for the Arabic goal set
