Prerequisite: System has Original Navigation

Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator

Navigate to System Admin tab &gt; Gateway Options

Set Start Page to Tab page (Direct Access) and click on Submit

Observed Behavior: An Access Denied error is displayed: Access Denied. Either you are not logged in or you do not have the appropriate privileges to perform this action. Expected Behavior: Javascript file is loaded and accessible.
