Access Denied error is presented when you try to print an Originality Report.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard LMS as an administrator

  2. Access Course_ID

  3. Navigate to the 'Gradebook' tab

  4. Click on the last assignment

  5. Click on the 'hantest_administrator_PreviewUser' submission

  6. At the right side of the screen click on "Additional Content" (under 'Reports')

  7. At the top right corner, click the 'Print' icon (Print Originality ReportD

Observed Behavior:

Immediately, or after few seconds, a red 'Access Denied' error banner appears: Invalid response was returned from server HTTP status code: 500

Expected Behavior:

You are presented with a Print Preview page
