Description
Basic LTI-Tools from OSCELOT has LTI Tools removed after a restart or upgrade.
Steps to Replicate
1. Log in as a System Administrator
2. Navigate to System Admin > Basic LTI tools
Observed Behavior: Basic LTI Tools overview shows as empty.
Expected Behavior: Basic LTI tool prior to a restart or upgrade are still in place.
Resolution / Workaround
This is an issue with a Basic LTI-Tools from OSCELOT which is a 3rd party tool. This reported issue will not be addressed by Blackboard but instead will be for the 3rd party to investigate and resolve.
