Description
If a User is not Enrolled in a Course, they cannot open LTI Content added via Books and Tools, even though they can see it in the Course Content.
Steps to Replicate
In an Ultra Environment:
Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
Create and access an Ultra View Course
Do not Enroll
Navigate to Course Content
Click on the Books and Tools link
Select an LIT Placement
Make the new item Visible to Students
Click on the new item
Expected Behavior:
The LTI Content opens
Observed Behavior:
An error is displayed:
