Goals Aligned to Questions from a Pool do not Display to Users in the Goals Dashboard

When you create a Test with questions that are linked to a pool the goals aligned to those questions do not display to Students or Instructors in the Goal Dashboard.

Description

When you create a Test with questions that are linked to a pool the goals aligned to those questions do not display to Students or Instructors in the Goal Dashboard.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Access Blackboard as an Admin

  2. Create Goals under System Admin > Goals

  3. Create a test Course

  4. Create a new Pool and questions in the Pool

  5. Add Goal Alignments to each of the questions and set them to be visible to students

  6. Create a new test and add the questions from the Pool to the test. NOTE: the goal alignments display for each of the questions in the Test Canvas

  7. Go to Course Tools > Goal Performance, click on a student username to view the Goal Performance report

Expected Behavior:
The Goals aligned with the linked Pool questions are displayed
​Observed Behavior:
The Goals aligned with the linked Pool questions are not displayed
