Description
When running this API learn/api/public/v1/users in POST method to create a duplicated account, the error message does not correspond to the one from the documentation.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn as an Administrator
Register a REST API in <server> to POST the API there
Use Postman and run the API with this JSON:
