Description
When using video studio to add feedback for students, the file fails to upload, and api shows permission error.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn as an Administrator
Create a course and enroll as instructor
Enroll another user as student
Create an assignment
As student, go to the assignment and submit it
Go back as an instructor
Go to the student submission
Click Audio/video in the feedback field
Select Audio or Video and record something
Observed Behavior:
Shows Upload Failed. We can retry but it doesn't work.
Expected Behavior:
The video should be uploaded with no issues.
