Description

Students cannot join self-enroll groups if an existing group member has a graded assignment.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator

  2. Create a course, enroll as an instructor and navigate into the course

  3. Add an assignment associating it to a Self-Enroll Group Set

  4. Create a student enrolling them to the course and log in as that user

  5. Navigate to the course and join the group then complete an assignment submission

  6. Log in as the administrator to enroll another student to the course

  7. Log in as the student and attempt to join the group

Observed Behavior:

It is not possible to join the group.

Expected Behavior:

The Join button should be available.
