Description
Email notifications are not being sent. After the instructor creates a scheduled announcement, the emails are not being triggered. Instead, they are being delivered hours later or not being delivered at all.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn as an Administrator
Enter an Ultra course
Go to Announcements > Create announcement
Select "Send an email copy to recipients"
Select "Schedule announcement"
Select the time for the announcement to be posted and the email to be delivered
Observed Behavior:
Instructors and students are receiving the emails hours after they are supposed to be delivered, or they do not receive them at all.
Expected Behavior:
Instructors and students receive the email of the announcement at the scheduled time.
