Ultra Students are not seeing uploaded file notifications in their Activity Streams.
Steps to Replicate
In a SaaS Ultra Environment:
Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
Create and access an Ultra View Course
Create a User and Enroll it as a Student
Upload a use Build Content to add a File
Log in as the Student and navigate to Activity Stream
Expected Behavior:
There is a notification that a file was uploaded to the Course
Observed Behavior:
There is not a notification that a file was uploaded to the Course
