Activity Log Does Not Display Data in Ultra

The Activity Log will not display activity data for students in Ultra courses. This can occur after students access course content, submit activities, and receive grades

Description

The Activity Log will not display activity data for a student even after the student has accessed course content, submitted activities, and received grades. The issue can be observed when viewing the Activity Log from the Gradebook.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator

  2. Create an Ultra course

  3. Create a Test, an Assignment, and a Document

  4. Access the course as a User and access all the Created items, Submitting the test and assignment where applicable

  5. Grade the users Submissions

  6. Wait until the following day

  7. Open the Gradebook and access the Activity Log for the student

Observed Behavior:
The Activity Log does not display activity data for the student.

Expected Behavior:
The Activity Log displays the student's applicable activity data.
