SCORM Shows as Overdue Despite On-Time Submission.

Description

SCORM packages may incorrectly trigger overdue notifications in the Activity Stream and email, even when students submit on time.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator

  2. Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Create an Ultra Course

  3. Enroll a student and ensure s/he has an active email address

  4. Upload a SCORM package to the course

  5. Set a due date and time in the future

  6. Submit the SCORM activity as the student before the due date

  7. Wait for Activity Stream and email notifications to trigger

Observed Behavior:
An overdue email and Activity Stream notification are received despite the on-time submission.

Expected Behavior:
No overdue notification should be triggered if the submission was made on time.
