The HTML block code does not work correctly within Ultra course documents. When using HTML Anchors within the code, the links do not direct users to the correct ID/section within the html document.

Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator

Navigate to System Admin &gt; Courses &gt; Create an Ultra Course

Add an HTML block and insert HTML code with <code>id</code> attributes and <code>&lt;a href="#id"&gt;</code> links

Click on Save, and open the document created

Click on the links to the defined <code>id</code> sections

1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
2. Navigate to System Admin &gt; Courses &gt; Create an Ultra Course
3. Under Content, create a Document
4. Add an HTML block and insert HTML code with <code>id</code> attributes and <code>&lt;a href="#id"&gt;</code> links
5. Click on Save, and open the document created
6. Click on the links to the defined <code>id</code> sections

Expected Behavior: The links correctly navigate to the specified section or element on the same page. Observed Behavior: The links do not navigate to the intended section or element in the document.
