Sites with over 5000 participants are unable to add more than 5000 users to a Group Membership Assignment.

Description

Sites will over 5000 participants are unable to add more than 5000 users to a Group Membership Assignment. Only the first 5000 will show in the list pagination or when the search function is used.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an instructor

  2. Create an course

  3. Generate Feed Files for 8000 users and 8000 student Enrollment Memberships

  4. Upload the user file

  5. Upload the member file

  6. Wait for these process (this may take a while)

  7. After this completes, go to the course

  8. Go to Groups > + and create a new Group Set

Observed Behavior:
The unassigned user count is out of "5000".
​Expected Behavior:
The unassigned user count is out of "8000".
