CSS Style is missing within the Batch Edit Calendar functionality

Description

Month and navigation buttons are not presented in the calendar date picker while Batch Editing.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator

  2. Create an Ultra View course

  3. Navigate into the course and proceed to Add Content to create an Assignment

  4. Enter a desired assignment name and make it available

  5. On the course content page select the settings button > select Batch Edit

  6. Select the Assignment checkbox

  7. Click Edit dates > under Edit Type select Change dates based on course start

  8. Under Current start date select the Calendar

Observed Behavior:

CSS styles are missing from the Calendar/Date Picker, month names and navigation buttons are not visible.

Expected Behavior:

The Calendar/Date Picker is styled correctly.
