Pagination Issue When More Than 200 Rubrics Exist in a Course

Pagination-issue-when-more-than-200-rubrics-exist-in-a-course

Description

When there is an Original Experience course with template rubrics (over 800) and the user exports these rubrics via copy content to Ultra Experience, there is a limitation of 200 rubrics. So, only the first 200 rubrics can be copied and there is no pagination nor sorting available.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator/instructor

  2. As an instructor create 199 Rubrics or export 199 Rubrics from an Original course

  3. Access Gradebook

  4. Go to Settings > Rubrics

  5. Click on New Rubric and create a rubric

  6. Observe that the created Rubric is present

  7. Create another rubric

  8. Observe that Rubric is not accessible

  9. Create a Rubric and name it so it is in alphabetical order before the other rubrics (for example, 202)

Observed Behavior: The last created rubric appears first, the rubric that was in the bottom is lost from view and there is no warning that rubrics might become inaccessible after a limit of 200 rubrics is reached.
Also, there is nothing stopping the user from creating rubrics above the limit.
Expected Behavior: A warning that more rubrics cannot be created because the limit was reached or option to search the Rubrics.
