Course Export Notification Received When Exporting Rubrics

When exporting a rubric, a course export success email is sent even though the rubric file downloads successfully. The email contains a link to an unrelated course export area

Description

When a rubric is exported from the course rubric page, the rubric file downloads successfully. However, a course export success email is also sent, containing a link to the course export and archive area that does not provide access to the exported rubric

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator

  2. Navigate to Admin > Courses and Create an Ultra course

  3. Open the course and Enroll an instructor with a configured Email address

  4. Navigate to Gradebook > Gradebook Settings > Manage Course Rubrics

  5. Create a Rubric using Generate Rubric and provide a title and description

  6. In the course Rubric management Area, select the ellipsis (...) menu and choose Export Rubrics

  7. Check the Configured Email account

Observed Behavior:
The rubric file downloads successfully, but a course export success email is also sent with a link to the course export and archive area

Expected Behavior:
The rubric file downloads successfully without an unrelated course export notification
