On the client's test site, when an instructor attempts to enroll users, the user names are displayed as "undefined undefined" instead of the expected first and last names.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator

  2. Create an Ultra course

  3. Enroll an instructor

  4. As the instructor, access the course

  5. Go to Details & Actions > View everyone in your course

  6. Click on the (+) icon in the top right corner to enroll people

  7. Type ´smith'

Expected Behavior:

It should display either all 'smith' users or 'No results found. Check the spelling and try again.'

Observed Behavior:

It shows 'undefined undefined'
