Files do not Convert From the Classic Editor to the New Editor

Files uploaded to the classic Content Editor do not convert to the New Content Editor.

Description

When converting content created with the classic Content Editor to the new Content Editor, files uploaded to the classic Content Editor are not converted and are removed.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log in to Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an Instructor

  2. Open an Ultra course

  3. On the Content page, click the plus (+) icon

  4. Select Create > Document

  5. Select Content > Classic editor

  6. Click the Attachment (paper clip) icon

  7. Upload an image file and a Word document

  8. Save the document

  9. Edit the document

  10. Click Try the new editor

Observed Behavior:
The uploaded image and Word document are removed when the content is converted to the new editor.

Expected Behavior:
The content, including all uploaded files, should be retained and successfully converted to the new editor.
