Batch Edit With Japanese or English (United Kingdom‭) Language Pack not Showing the Last Digit of Date Display

When using the Batch Edit > Edit Dates functionality, the date display is missing the last digit in dd/mm/yyyy or yyyy/mm/dd format.

Description

When using the Batch Edit > Edit Dates functionality in courses configured with the Japanese (Japan) or English (United Kingdom) locale, the date placeholder format is displayed incorrectly, omitting the final digit of the day or year (e.g., yyyy/mm/d or dd/mm/yyy) instead of showing the complete format (yyyy/mm/dd or dd/mm/yyyy).
