Description
When using a custom Language Pack the Attendance tool reverts to the default US locale date format.
Steps to Replicate
Login as Administrator
Change Personal Settings and use the default en_AU language pack
Access a Course and navigate to Control Panel > Course Tools > Attendance
Select 'Overall' attendance view and notice that the dates are displayed in the DD/MM/YYYY format
Go to System Admin > Language Packs
Export the en_AU Language Pack
Import the en_AU Language Pack and rename it (example en_AU_Test)
Change the Administrator Language Pack to en_AU_Test
Access Attendance tool and select 'Overall' attendance view
Expected Behavior:
The dates are displayed in the DD/MM/YYYY format
Observed Behavior:
The dates are displayed in the MM/DD/YYYY format
