You can see and update your tickets in the Customer Portal, in the new support portal at support.blackboard.com, after you sign in at the Blackboard Support Hub. If you are unhappy with how a ticket is going, tell Support Bot, and Blackboard Support management is alerted.
How do I see my tickets?
Go to supporthub.blackboard.com and sign in.
After you sign in, you arrive at the new support portal. If you have tickets, select the link labeled Customer Portal. The Customer Portal shows the progress of all tickets and conversations related to your institution.
Select a ticket to see its status and full history.
Your open tickets, and tickets resolved in the last 6 months, were moved from the previous portal. This includes tickets linked to an open defect. Their link to the defect is restored, so they are updated when the defect is resolved, just as before.
Where is my older ticket history?
Tickets resolved more than 6 months ago stay in the previous portal, support.anthology.com. You can sign in there to view and export them until December 31, 2026. After that date, they are no longer available. To export them:
Sign in to support.anthology.com.
Go to Support Cases.
Set your filters to choose the tickets you want.
Select Excel or PDF, depending on the format you want.
Each export includes up to 5,000 tickets. It includes high-level details, such as the title and description, but not the conversation on each ticket. Use it as an inventory of your past tickets, not a full history.
What if I am unhappy with how my ticket is going?
There is no separate escalation button. Instead:
Open Support Bot.
Tell it you are unhappy, and include the ticket number and the reason.
This alerts Blackboard Support management and the ticket owner, who review the ticket and reach out to you as applicable to discuss your concerns or escalate.
Common questions
Who owns my ticket?
A named Blackboard Support person owns your ticket from start to finish. They bring in specialists when needed, so you do not have to repeat yourself.
