For institutions with extended support contracts for self-hosted deployments of Blackboard, administrator help topics will now be located at https://self-hosting.blackboard.com/Learn/Administrator/Hosting.html. The old URL will not be available starting January 23rd. Links to the old site will redirect automatically to the equivalent page at the new site. It shouldn't be necessary to update links in existing documentation. We recommend using the new URL when creating new links for future use.
Documentation for instructors and students will redirect automatically to new URLs for the Original Course View, but these will remain in the main Help site URL.
Note: This change for administrator help topics doesn't impact Blackboard customers deployed in SaaS.
