Changes to Link for Change Password do not Take Effect in Ultra

In SaaS Ultra Environments, if a redirect URL is added to the Change Password privilege, that change does not affect the Change Password link.

Description

In SaaS Ultra Environments, if a redirect URL is added to the Change Password privilege, that change does not affect the Change Password link.

Steps to Replicate

In a SaaS Ultra Environment:

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator

  2. Navigate to System Admin > [Security] Privileges

  3. Locate the Privilege My Settings > Settings > Personal Information > Change Password

  4. Click it's chevron and choose Edit

  5. Enter any URL in the field URL for Redirect

  6. Click Submit

  7. Navigate to your Profile page

  8. Hover over Change Password and observe it's destination

Expected Behavior:
The URL is the new one entered in step 5
​Observed Behavior:
The URL is still pointing internally
