In Ultra Environments, Conditional Availability does not update once criteria have been met.
Steps to Replicate
In a SaaS Ultra Environment:
Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
Create and access an Ultra Experience Course
Create and deploy a Test
Add one Question
Make it worth at least 1 point
Set the Availability of the Test to Visible to Students
Create a Document
Set the Availability of the Document to Conditional Availability
Check Performance
Graded Item: choose the Test from step 3
Grade Requirement: 1 point or higher
Visibility Settings: Visible to Students
Create a User and Enroll it as a Student
Log in as the Student and access the Course
Observe that the Document is locked
Take the Test and answer the Question correctly
Expected Behavior:
The Document is no longer locked
Observed Behavior:
The Document is still locked

Refresh the page.
