There will no longer be monthly Blackboard installers released for customers on self-hosted extended support contracts. Changes for Original Experience are now minimal, and having fewer versions will make it easier for self-hosted customers to get to and remain on a supported version.
New installers will only be created when necessary to address critical security issues. A support bulletin for a new version will be issued when a new recommended update is available. The last installer on the monthly schedule is version 3902.1.0, released on October 2, 2025.
Note: This change has no effect on Blackboard customers that are in SaaS.
