Portfolio style customization requests complete slower in SaaS than in Managed and Self Hosting.
Steps to Replicate
Log in as Administrator
Create a test Course
Navigate to the test Course > Content
Create a new Assignment Assessments > Assignment > Submission Information > Portfolio Assignment
Log in as a Student
Create a 2 page portfolio Global Navigation > Portfolio
Submit the Portfolio to the Assignment
Log in as Instructor
Attempt to view Student Portfolio
Expected Behavior:
Loads in less than a second
Observed Behavior:
Loads in 20+ seconds
