Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an instructor

  2. Access a course and create a test

  3. Add a Fill in the Blank Question

  4. Set the correct answer to match ぺ. (U+307A : HIRAGANA LETTER PE)

  5. Save the question and the test

  6. Preview the test

  7. Supply the following answer ペ (U+30DA : KATAKANA LETTER PE)

Observed Behavior:
Answer is marked as incorrect.

Answer is marked as correct.
