Description
Unable to Launch SCORM Package on Android App.
Issue is present in the following devices:
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G Version Android 13 App Version 9.1.1
Pixel 7a Android 14 App version 9.1.1
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator using the Blackboard App in an Android device
Go to the Courses tab > test
Select the SCORM item
Select the play button (if the user selects open in browser link, SCORM plays)
Observed Behavior:
A red bar error at the bottom of the screen is displayed: "No application found to open link."
Expected Behavior:
The SCORM package should play without error.
