TA Role receives Access Denied error when creating Mobile Compatible Tests.TA Role can create other content within the Course without issue.
Symptoms
Sample error:
Access Denied Either you are not logged in or you do not have the appropriate privileges to perform this action. You may have access to other parts of the course.
Steps to Replicate
Log in as User
Access a Course where you are enrolled as Teaching Assistant
Course Menu (Content) > Assessment > Mobile Compatible Test
Expected Behavior:
You can create a Mobile Compatible Test
Observed Behavior:
Access Denied error appears
