The Submission links by Students in the Course is neither clickable nor could be copied.
Steps to Replicate
Logon as Instructor
Navigate into a Course
Go to Assignment
Click on Student Submission link
Expected Behavior:
URL will be clickable or copy and paste URL
Observed Behavior:
Unable to copy or paste and URL is not clickable
Resolution / Workaround
Paste in the URL
Go to the end of the URL
Press enter
This will convert the link into a hyper link and it will work
