Description
Instructors cannot find submissions when searching using the submission receipt number in the Gradebook Grid View.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator
Navigate into an Ultra View course with existing student submissions
Navigate into the Gradebook Grid View
Open the grade for any student
Under View Submission copy the Submission Receipt Number
Paste the copied receipt number into the Gradebook search box
Auto-completion dropdown prompts for the ID > select Accept
Observed Behavior:
The column to which the ID belongs to is found.
Expected Behavior:
The attempt associated with the receipt should be displayed.
