File content that a student cannot access is accessible via Student Preview.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator
Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Create a new course
Enroll a student into the course
Create a Module and add HTML content images and CSS styling under the module
Switch to Student Preview mode and access the created module
Observed: The HTML content loads with styles and images.
Now login as the enrolled student
Access the created module
Observed Behavior:
The HTML content loads as plain text.
Expected Behavior:
The HTML content loads with styles and images.
