Description
Users have reported an issue where videos uploaded into a blank page item, will not play properly for Students, or in Student preview or with the text editor off.
Steps to Replicate
Into a Course, create in a content area, a blank page item and give it a name
Once in there, in the content, click on the 'Insert/edit embedded media' button
On the next screen, click on 'Browse my computer' and select an mp4 file. I've attached a sample on the ticket
Verify that the video can be played on the preview area
Click insert
Click submit
Expected Behavior:
Video should be played normally
Observed Behavior:
Video won't play
Note: the problem seems to be generated when you choose to get the file from the computer. If you select the option 'Browse Course' from a previously uploaded file, it works as expected
