Description
When creating a matching question type in an Ultra Course, the icon to delete the Additional Answer option is grayed out until a second pair is added then the additional answer can be deleted.
Steps to Replicate
Log to an Ultra Course
Click Create
Choose Assessment > Test
Click + and 'Add Matching question'
Expected Behavior:
Additional Answer delete icon is available to click
Observed Behavior:
Additional Answer delete icon is grayed out, need to click 'Add Pair' to make the icon available to click
