Description
Results from a search of Course ID's include unexpected results.
Steps to Replicate
Login as a System Administrator
Navigate to System Admin > select Courses
Enter a desired search keyword to search against Course ID that contain the string
Expected Results: Search results contain only results that meet the criteria
Observed Results: Additional unexpected courses are observed in the results
Cause
The most likely cause for the problem is a data condition which can be confirmed and resolved through a case for Blackboard Client Support.
Resolution / Workaround
Submit a case for Blackboard Client Support to help resolve the problem.
